Position Purpose

Reporting to the Director of IT Integrations, the IT Procurement Coordinator will drive the acquisition of essential IT products and services, ensuring they align with our business goals while maximizing value and efficiency.  This will be accomplished through maintaining vendor relationships and contracts, forecasting demand, and managing budgets. This is a full-time remote position.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Purchase products or services that meet the quantity and quality expectations of the organization
  • Assist the Director of IT Integrations to evaluate and negotiate with vendors for hardware, software, cloud, and telecommunications needs
  • Monitor and track orders and deliveries and provide updates to requesters
  • Stay up to date on trends and new products
  • Compare products to determine appropriate pricing and availability
  • Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies, cybersecurity standards, and licensing requirements set by the IT Operations team
  • Maintain accurate records of vendor agreements, renewals, orders, and asset inventories
  • Support software license management, renewals, and subscription tracking
  • Monitor vendor performance and escalate issues affecting service delivery or cost efficiency
  • Assist with the coordination of IT projects involving new service or product rollouts

Requirements/Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in IT procurement, IT support, or contract management
  • Strong negotiation, vendor management, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other data analysis/reporting tools
  • Understanding of IT asset management and software licensing models
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Pay Range

USD $60,000.00 - USD $75,000.00 /Yr.
