Somerset Animal Hospital was opened in March 2008. We are a small animal veterinary practice that specializes in seeing dogs and cats. We feel that excellence in veterinary care is only possible when you truly love animals.
Reporting into the Practice Manager, the Client Service Representative (CSR), provides an exceptional experience to our clients during every interaction. In addition to continually engaging the client, the CSR performs practice administrative tasks such as record maintenance and appointment tracking. The CSR manages practice reception (visitor and telephone), maintenance of veterinary medical records, accounts maintenance, cash processing, data entry, word processing and mail services. The CSR applies practical knowledge of practice processes and services, the basic rules and regulations governing visitors and animal patient treatment, and veterinary record requirements and terminology to ensure every patient is well-cared for and every client has an exceptional experience. This is a part-time position. Clinical CSR and Avimark experience preferred but not required.
Hours of operation:
Mon - Fri: 8:30AM-5:30PM
Part-time (20-25 hrs/wk)
No weekends & major holidays off
Schedule requirement availability:
Mondays 8am-2pm, Tuesdays 1pm-6pm, Weds 8am-1pm, Thurs 1pm-6pm, Fri 2pm-6pm.
Schedule will be in effect after training, need alternate shifts and Mondays for training.
Pay range: $14 - $17
