Position Purpose

Reporting into Heartland’s Recruiting Sourcing Manager, the Veterinary Sourcing Specialist regularly provides a strong pipeline of high-potential leads to DVM Recruiters. The Veterinary Sourcing Specialist ensures data integrity through our CRM and provides regular reporting to support recruiting function productivity. This is a full-time remote role.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Provides regular sourcing for experienced DVMs.
  • Ensures consistent use, data entry, and reporting in the CRM.
  • Ensures accuracy and up-to-date information for CRM contacts.
  • Qualifies DVM leads and moves high-potential leads to DVM Recruiters.
  • Partners with Recruitment Marketing to identify marketing opportunities based on unique practice needs.
  • Understands the EVP for all budget critical practices and refines sourcing efforts to identify key candidates.
  • Manages sourcing maps for budget critical locations.

Requirements/Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of sourcing, lead generation, CRM data management, and/or recruiting experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • High degree of creativity, short and long-term recruiting vision, business understanding, and personal organization.
  • Experience in the veterinary industry whether clinical or industry facing is highly desired.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Pay Range

USD $50,000.00 - USD $60,000.00 /Yr.
