Shirkey Vet Clinic opened its doors in 2007. We are a general service animal hospital and welcome pet patients needing routine medical, surgical, and dental care. We have provides years of experience treating serious conditions and offering regular pet wellness care. Beyond first-rate pet care, we make our clinic comfortable, kid-friendly, and calm.
Reporting into the Practice Manager, the Client Service Representative (CSR), provides an exceptional experience to our clients during every interaction. In addition to continually engaging the client, the CSR performs practice administrative tasks such as record maintenance and appointment tracking. The CSR manages practice reception (visitor and telephone), maintenance of veterinary medical records, accounts maintenance, cash processing, data entry, word processing and mail services. The CSR applies practical knowledge of practice processes and services, the basic rules and regulations governing visitors and animal patient treatment, and veterinary record requirements and terminology to ensure every patient is well-cared for and every client has an exceptional experience. Please note: The candidate we seek to hire is reliable, able to multitask, comfortable working around euthanasia, prepared to clean, and excels in a face-paced environment.

Mon: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Tue-Thu: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Fri: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Sat-Sun: Closed
*Please note: Monday 7:45am - 7:00pm shift availability is mandatory*
Pay range: $16 - $18
