Reporting into the Practice Manager, the Client Service Representative (CSR)/Phone Operator, provides an exceptional experience to our clients during every interaction. Candidate would work at the front desk and/or a separate workstation to answer phones. The primary function of this role would be answering phones with occasional requests to assist the CSR team during busy times or to provide relief for lunch breaks, PTO coverage, etc. We are seeking a candidate with exceptional hospitality and customer service who can enthusiastically, efficiently, and professionally navigate a high call volume to assist clients with their needs (e.g., scheduling appointments, leaving messages for veterinarians, providing patient updates, taking refill requests, collecting payments, etc.)
This is a part-time position - roughly 25 hours per week, flexible days/hours.
