Pinnacle Animal Hospital is a full-service companion animal hospital serving Asheville, Arden, Fletcher, and the surrounding areas.
Founded in 2012 with the tag line "Compassionate Care for Pets and Their People", our hospital was designed so we wouldn't be looked at as just another "regular" animal hospital. We have proudly provided industry leading care to dogs, cats, hamsters, guinea pigs, reptiles, and other furry/scaly creatures for over a decade.
Reporting into the Practice Manager, the Client Service Representative (CSR), provides an exceptional experience to our clients during every interaction. In addition to continually engaging the client, the CSR performs practice administrative tasks such as record maintenance and appointment tracking. The CSR manages practice reception (visitor and telephone), maintenance of veterinary medical records, accounts maintenance, cash processing, data entry, word processing and mail services. The CSR applies practical knowledge of practice processes and services, the basic rules and regulations governing visitors and animal patient treatment, and veterinary record requirements and terminology to ensure every patient is well-cared for and every client has an exceptional experience. The ideal candidate is able to multi-task while using good judgment on completing tasks that take priority first and coming back to those that can wait, has superb time management skills and is able to great clients with a smile!
Pay: $18.50 - $19.50
Anticipated work shift: M,T,Th,F 7:45-5, with 1 Saturday/month (subject to change per the needs of the practice)
