Position Purpose

As a member of our PiMS team who specializes in ezyVet, you will help practices while they’re converting to ezyVet and on an ongoing basis post go-live. Leading up to a practice’s conversion, you will work closely with Practice Managers to help them set up their ezyVet site. You will also lead their go-live onsite to ensure that issues are resolved efficiently. As such, we are seeking individuals with a deep understanding of ezyVet. These individuals must have the knowledge to troubleshoot issues, as well as the ability and passion to train practice teams on adjusting their workflows to accommodate ezyVet. Post go-live, you will continue to support practices as they have ongoing questions about using ezyVet. Additionally, you will work with practices to optimize their setup as they become more comfortable with basic functionality in ezyVet. This is a full-time, 40 hours/week role. This role is full-time remote with anticipated travel of 1-2 weeks/month.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Support practices converting to ezyVet via regular virtual check-ins where you will go through setup tutorials and questions on templates, products, diagnostic integrations, workflows, and SOC event groups
  • Execute third-party integration setup and troubleshoot when integration issues arise
  • Travel to practices during their go-lives to guide practices on adjusting their workflows to optimize for ezyVet
    • Expect to travel roughly 1 - 2 weeks of every month
  • Audit ezyVet sites prior to go-live to ensure that practices have set up all key items appropriately
    • When necessary, help complete the setup work that is pending post audit
  • Post go-live, you will continue to help practices virtually when they have questions about ezyVet. You will also meet with practices to evolve and optimize their setup
  • Leverage ezyVet Central Structure to facilitate initial setup, as well as manage product codes

Requirements/Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in ezyVet, with extensive knowledge on configuration and implementation
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working within ezyVet Central Structure, particularly with managing and maintaining codes across multi-locations
  • High energy and ambition with the motivation to proactively help practices both during and post ezyVet conversion
  • Professional demeanor
  • Strong verbal and written communications
  • High attention-to-detail to ensure ezyVet setup is comprehensive
  • Self-starter who can manage their time efficiently and work both individually, as well as within a team
  • Patience when working with individuals who may not be as comfortable with technology and/or change

Pay Range

USD $70,000.00 - USD $70,000.00 /Yr.
